The Alternatives Program Eligibility

To be eligible for the Alternatives Program:

You must be 18 years of age or older
Be designated as low-income
Be a resident of Salt Lake County
Be a U.S. citizen or a legal U.S. resident

To be eligible for the Aging Medicaid Waiver program:

You must be 65 years of age or older
Be financially eligible for Medicaid
Be a resident of Salt Lake County
