The goal of the Outreach Program is to connect people with services in the community. The program responds to calls for information and assistance from the elderly, their family members and the public and provides information on services and programs available to older adults in Salt Lake County.

Staff can contact you by phone or visit with you in person to discuss your questions and concerns then connect you with programs and agencies that can help. The program can also help you find aging programs across the nation to assist your relatives and friends who live outside Salt Lake County.
